No, delivery and setup are included in the pricing for our equipment delivered within our service area. Equipment will be delivered and set up at least 2 hours in advance of the event but will likely be delivered earlier. An adult of 18 years or older must be present at time of delivery to go over safety, operations, and rental agreement.

We serve all of Duval , parts of St. Johns and Clay counties! As much as we would love to serve everyone we cannot do so due to time constraints and our desire remain cost efficient. Some areas may require a delivery fee and others may not be serviceable. 

The inflatables can be set up on any flat surface such as grass, asphalt, or concrete. We cannot set up on uneven areas such as sand, rocks, etc. due to potential safety hazards and equipment damage. The area must also be clear of any low hanging branches,  pet waste, and any debris that could puncture or cause damage to the inflatable. Animals should be secured during the rental period to avoid possible puncture. 

Unfortunately we cannot control the weather. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental prior to delivery if severe weather conditions (high winds, excessive rain, lightening, etc.) are imminent or if we believe that the inflatable, equipment, and/or its users may be in danger. In the event of severe weather during a rental, the customer agrees that they will unplug the inflatable, allow it to deflate, and not use the inflatable until the severe weather ends.
